Controversial Pastor In Spotlight After Feeding Congregants ‘Dog Meat’

Controversial pastor Penuel Mnguni is at it again.

This time, the so-called snake pastor and leader of the End Times Disciples Ministries has been filmed giving his congregants what he claims to be dog meat and blood.

Mnguni is still preaching, despite efforts by the CRL Rights Commission to regulate churches.
